Do I need to install an app?

No. LukaKeep lives entirely inside Telegram. If you already have Telegram, you're ready to go.

What is a credit?

Each document you process uses 1 credit. Exporting a CSV uses 3 credits. New accounts receive starter credits on approval.

Can I track multiple companies?

Yes. You can create multiple organisations and switch between them with the /org command at any time.

How accurate is the extraction?

Powered by Claude (Anthropic's AI), extraction accuracy is high for clear photos. The bot always shows a confidence score and lets you discard any extraction you're not happy with.

Is my data secure?

All data is stored in Supabase with row-level security. Documents are processed in memory and never stored as files. Transactions belong to your organisation only.

The name behind the name

Fra Luca Pacioli, 1447 – 1517

Five hundred years before cloud accounting, a Franciscan friar in Renaissance Venice published a 600-page mathematics book with a 27-chapter section that changed commerce forever. He called it Particularis de computis et scripturis — Details of accounting and recording.

We know it as double-entry bookkeeping. Every accounting system on Earth runs on his rules. Every debit has a credit. The books always balance. LukaKeep is named in his honour.
